LASER ENGRAVING

Laser Engraving is a subtractive manufacturing method, which is based on the use of a laser beam to alter the surface of an object.

This process makes it possible to create images visible to the eye on your products and objects. The laser emits high enough heat to pulverize the material, forming cavities that will form the final image. It is a fast method, the material being removed with each pulse of the laser. The depth of the marks and the thickness of the line are managed by the number of passes of the beam on the material.

Laser engraving can be used on almost all types of materials such as metals, plastics, wood, leather, or glass. It is a more efficient process than traditional engraving for small objects, such as jewelry. Indeed, there is much less risk of damaging or deforming the material.

Take advantage of our 4-axis CNC (3 axes + 1) with laser engraving to engrave your personal photos, images, logos, barcodes and even writing on different objects and materials with a maximum dimension (x, y) of up to 400x430mm and a very high engraving speed of 10000MM/Min max with a resolution ± 15µm.

Also take advantage of the 4th axis of our laser engraving CNC to carry out laser engravings on your cylindrical objects of different diameters such as decorative objects, bottles, cans, tools, jewellery, etc.
